Peggy Verdetto
Director of Operations
Peggy Verdetto recently transitioned into the role of Director of Operations at Abington Financial Group. In this capacity, she brings a hands-on leadership approach and a commitment to continuous improvement. She is currently studying for SIE, Series 7 and 66. Peggy oversees daily operations and administrative policies within the office like preparing reports, collecting and analyzing information, and helping prepare for presentations. Peggy joined the Abington Financial Group family in 2020.
Peggy is a graduate of Abington Heights High School and holds a degree in Microcomputer Operations from Star Technical Institute. As a former business owner, Peggy understands the day-to-day operations and the commitment it takes to be successful in today's economic climate. Driven by an interest in finance and a desire to further her knowledge, she pursued a career in the financial field. Her goal is to help facilitate strong relationships with the clients of Abington Financial Group and to be the backbone of the office, assisting in every way she can.
Currently, Peggy resides in Scranton with her husband. When she is not working, she enjoys gardening, cooking, and striving to be the best she can be. Peggy cherishes spending time with her mother and her special needs aunt, whom she adores.
